This privacy policy describes how Neon Grid: District Control handles information in the current Google Play testing build.

Summary

Neon Grid: District Control does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information in the current build.

The game does not require an account, sign-in, email address, phone number, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, or device identifiers. The current build does not include live advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, social features, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Local Game Data

The game stores progress locally on your device, including information such as claimed districts, credits, upgrades, agents, operations, daily mission progress, and settings. This information is used only to operate the game and restore your progress on the same device.

Arc Light Studios does not receive this local save data. Your device operating system may handle local storage, backups, or app data according to your device and Google account settings.

Network and Third Parties

The current build does not request internet access and does not send gameplay data to Arc Light Studios or third parties.

If future versions add optional ads, purchases, analytics, cloud saves, leaderboards, or account features, this policy and the Google Play Data safety section will be updated before those features are released.

Children

Neon Grid: District Control is not directed to children under 13. The game is intended for teens and adults who enjoy idle strategy games.

Your Choices

You can remove local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in Android system settings. If you contact Arc Light Studios for support, any information you choose to provide in your message will be used only to respond to your request.
